Can not create asset based reports. Can not navigate between risks. There is no option to quickly update risks that has no new information. There is no way to see all risks of a specific asset. Can not attach an external file to a risk. There is no way of saying which actions already completed, completed risks stay in the drop down menu allowing the user to review the same risk multiple times for the same period. Very time consuming as the system requires the user to repeat the same action to even start editing a risk. **What problems is AuditRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digitalization **Official Response from Customer Success Team:** > Dear user, Thank you for your response. It also looks like you do not have the access privileges for certain functionality as most of these are included in Auditrunner Risk Module. It would be great for you to contact your Company Module Admin or send us support tickets for the above mentioned issues. All of the functionality you have mentioned above are possible on Auditrunner. We are able to add filters specific to a property such as assets. We are able to create specific reports. In fact, with onboarding you have 3 free custom report or dashboards that can be built. Navigating between risks and seeing risks specific to an asset can again be dashboards (We already have many that allows for this functionality). We have a revised risk function for updating risks, which is as simple as opening the risk page and editing any fields. Adding file attachment functionality is as easy as sending a request to support as we do not charge for such small customizations. When a risk entry is completed it would be marked as complete and stay in the dashboards as completed risk. ### 2. They have customized the modules and dashboards to fit our needs. It is extremely user friendly and any issue we may have encountered is resolved in a very timely manners **What do you dislike about AuditRunner?** At the moment there is nothing that I don't like about Auditrunner as it is customized to fit our needs **What problems is AuditRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an issue management tool that would record all of our issues from discovery to resolution as well as have a reporting dashboard so we could report their progress to our committees as well as BOD. AuditRunner can be customized and the support group at AuditRunner does a superb job to customize the program to your specific needs/requirements. **What do you dislike about AuditRunner?** AuditRunner is a task based system that requires sequential completion of tasks to move through the program. The logic makes sense, however you have to be disciplined when preparing an audit program to follow each task. **What problems is AuditRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to AuditRunner, all of our audit work was carried out manually, from audit creation, audit work programs, testing and reporting and follow-up. We now have all of our audit work contained in the AuditRunner platform, including supporting documentation and the ability to have auditees respond through AuditRunner instead of sending emails back and forth. There is an established support group to guide on any issue that might arise. Depending on the business, the cost structure may also be very appealing compared to some large players in the space. The platform is also customizable and recently, they've added a 'query engine' for some analytics use cases. **What do you dislike about AuditRunner?** The interface design looks a little dated. The query engine didn't seem to bring much to the table. This could be because it is newer and still being developed? **What problems is AuditRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We participated in a demonstration of Audit Runner as we are seeking a vendor for audit management software. Internal audit is a new function at our organization, and we are building it from the ground up. This tool is helping us determine the data protection activities within our clients, also following the requirements for ISO 27001 and GDPR issues. We also find this sofware very user friendly especially Data Inventory tool is really useful for examining the data destruction management. All of our clients also have a chance to follow up the changes held in the data inventory that we composed on the sofware. Very flexible tool to accommodate various privacy standarts applicable in different regions. **What do you dislike about AuditRunner?** There is no crucial points that we can describe as dislike. If we have any problem about the software, we can get in contact with the team and they are providing the required support staff for us immeadetly.
