"AU10TIX Catches Deepfake IDs and Explains the Signals Clearly"

What do you like best about AU10TIX?

We initially evaluated a few of the newer, lower-cost platforms. What ultimately changed our mind was a particular batch of ID submissions that looked clean to the naked eye and also came back clean in the other tool we were running side by side during the trial. AU10TIX, however, flagged a meaningful percentage of those as AI-generated, deepfake documents designed to pass a standard visual check, while the other platform waved every one of them through.

They were also fully transparent about how the flagging worked, walking us through the actual signals rather than just handing us a score. That didn’t feel like a demo feature; it felt like the kind of fraud that’s actually showing up right now. What do you dislike about AU10TIX?

It’s an enterprise platform, and it definitely feels like one. Onboarding our team took a meaningful amount of time, and there’s more configuration involved than you’d expect with a lighter-weight tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AU10TIX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Catching AI-generated and deepfake documents during onboarding is critical for a regulated bank, where a miss is costly and a false positive frustrates a legitimate customer.
