What do you like best about atwork?

I love the usability of the software. It is very intuitive. I already used employee feedback tools and gathered a lot of data. atwork captured this data and analysed it from their perspective before I used the AI-driven action recommendations. It helps me to challenge my ideas, create new ones. But mostly am I a fan of their action plans, with gives you a step-by-step guide and helps you tackling your problem. What do you dislike about atwork?

Nothing to dislike. The software is advanced, and if the product can't cover it, the consultants and data scientists help you at hand. Maybe a time tracking integration would be nice - but I believe this is not atwork's field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is atwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

atwork is supporting in creating actions for problem areas. While others have a catalogue of many different actions, atwork uses the own data of the company coupled with their AI-driven recommendation system.
