What do you like best about Attentive?

The platform is so clean and easy to use. We have had a great team at Attentive that offer valuable recommendations and are quick to get back to us when we have questions. I love their new AI sms suggestions as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

If I had anything to dislike I suppose it could always be pricing, however that would apply to any platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attentive is helping us reach our customers in a more personal way via SMS. They offer suggestions on how we can communicate better with our customers and drive more sales. We have seen a lot of growth since starting with Attentive in both our subscriber lists, but also in revenue. I am very impressed with the customer support they offer.
