What do you like best about ATS OnDemand?

ATS has a complete onboarding system, which can be fully integrated into our proprietary system. Reports are easy to create and analyze. Simple to create multiple jobs openings and keep track of employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ATS OnDemand?

We are a seasonal business and treat each hire, each year, as a new hire. Therefore, staff need to sign a new contract each year and this creates multiple positions for each returning staff member Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ATS OnDemand:

The system is easy to learn and use. Their customer support is excellent and usually responds to my questions the same day. Custom reports can quickly be created and integrated into our dashboard. Reports are also simple to create. All jobs can easily be customized with unique questions and form letters. Only challenge is that it is difficult to email a lot of candidates at once. What problems is ATS OnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?

ATS OnDemand is an extremely affordable solution for our company. It allows us to create unlimited job postings, which quickly get pushed to all the major job boards. Staff is easily onboarded and can be uploaded to our in-house system. OnDemand has saved my company thousands of dollars each year and many hours in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
