What do you like best about Atomic Apps AI?

Atomic Apps AI has made a real difference in how smoothly our insurance business runs.

AIRIN, the AI receptionist, works consistently and now handles a large share of our day-to-day call volume — collecting quotes, answering every call, and keeping our calendar updated automatically. The integration was simple to set up, and the UI is genuinely intuitive, both on desktop and through the mobile app, so we can check call history and data on the go.

The time and effort we've saved has been significant, and the ROI has been remarkable — over 20x the cost within the first month alone. We no longer need a human to route the calls and collect information. Its the beginning and we are getting more ideas to use this tool for other tasks.

In the mornings, we often get a high call volume, and customers can end up on hold while they wait for their representative or for our office admin to answer. Atomic Apps AI has proven it can do just about everything we need. It routes calls to the right agent, offers help, and collects information when needed, then passes it along to the appropriate person. It also understands our business and how to handle emergency calls. Now it’s even able to collect payments from customers who want to make their payment by phone.
