I’m concerned about the overhead of maintaining yet another software tool. Even after the initial setup, it can create ongoing work to keep everything organized, up to date, and actively used, and that effort could easily become a burden over time. I also anticipate it may be difficult to get non-technical stakeholders to adopt it consistently, especially if it feels like just another place they have to learn, remember, and regularly check. On top of that, it appears to overlap with communication channels we already rely on, which could lead to duplicated messages and added confusion instead of truly simplifying how we share updates and collaborate.
