It provides significantly more visibility over our entire business operations and solves key problems like better tracking of BD emails. I love how it offers way more structure and organization of the market we're targeting, with all companies mapped out as targets. The AI feature allows anyone on the team to ask specific questions about a candidate and get accurate answers immediately. The built-in notetaker is fantastic because it means when I'm taking interview feedback, I'm not guessing; instead, the AI has already analyzed the interview and identified positive and friction points, which helps me manage interview processes better. Additionally, Atlas is much more user-friendly compared to what we used before, and the phone system integrating directly into candidate activities so we don't have to manually type notes is a game changer. Being able to color code them would be good based on what the activity is, like candidate call being yellow and candidate interview feedback being blue.
