The NPI (Natural Prompt Interface) is probably my favorite part of Athena AI. Instead of spending a lot of time figuring out prompts or technical settings, I can describe the business, its tone, FAQs, and the type of conversations we want the agent to handle, and Athena takes care of the initial setup.
We used it for a client’s WhatsApp setup and were able to get the agent running fairly quickly. I also like that it can handle different intents within the same conversation. For example, a customer can ask a support question and then move into a booking or product-related conversation without having to start over. That feels much more useful than the basic chatbot workflows we had used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free tier is fairly limited at 100 messages, so it works well for testing but probably won't be enough once you're using it regularly for client conversations. I would also like to see more flexibility around the plans as usage grows. That said, the pricing seems reasonable for the functionality provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
