"Stable, Clean, and Easy Monitoring with Built-In AI"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Atera?

Overall a very stable platform, easy to add new monitoring agents (which are free!). While I don't agree with all their design choices, the interface is clean and easy to use. The SNMP and ping monitoring of devices which are not supported by an agent is a nice bonus. AI is built-in on the entire ecosystem and responds based on knowledge base articles that we created ourself (either internal only or externally visible for the customer). What do you dislike about Atera?

I don't always agree with their UI design choices. Tabbed tickets are both a positive and a negative. It's easy to keep track of tickets you're working on but at the same time it makes that "ticket bar" look cluttered very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Atera makes it easy to monitor when important devices (i.e. a server) goes down so we can immediately take action. The integrations with Splashtop, Anydesk and other remote desktop clients makes it a breeze to log into a system to diagnose or solve issues. Atera's AI integration also makes it a real time saver for quick fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
