The software is very intuitive and comprehensive enough without just extra clutter. I use almost all the features it has. Some other softwares I've tried have a larger catalogue of features but I don't even use all of them. I like that pricing is tied directly to how well it performs. That's pretty reasonable to me that i only need to pay more if it continues to provide more value.

I'm not entirely sold on the AI stuff yet but so far its been performing well. Gives me more time to focus on other parts of my business. Onboarding was quick and went well for the most part. But yah, overall I rly do recommend Astra Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably the biggest one is that its just single platform right now. It only supports Amazon. My business also sells on walmart and tiktok shop so that was kinda a bummer when i found out its only for Amazon. Although it works well for its one platform. I'll probably just find other softwards for the rest of my marketplaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
