One of the biggest problems in insurance is handling payouts; be it paying out a claim or in this case reimbursements. I bring this up because what makes this great is two things:<br><br>A. It has a wide variety of search features when looking at reimbursement claims and it keeps in order all documents and the dates received in order to ensure fast turnaround.<br><br>B. Ease of use, this thing requires minimum training in order to use, the learning curve is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had one complaint is that I'm not a fan of the look of the interface, although I mentioned ease of use the interface isn't visually appealing and processes suffer as a result.
