What do you like best about Assort Health?

The depth of specialty-aware scheduling logic and the way the agent carries context across interactions. In our multi-specialty ambulatory environment we deal with intricate rules around laterality, payer contracts, chief-complaint matching, and provider-specific templates. Assort handles those nuances without constant staff intervention and writes the appointment cleanly back into the EHR. After-hours and overflow coverage have been reliable, and the warm-handoff summary when a call does need a human is clear and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

Initial configuration of highly customized academic protocols and teaching-clinic rules required more iterative workshops than a simpler community practice would need. Occasional edge cases still surface that need human review. Transparent self-serve analytics for certain operational metrics would be a welcome addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assort Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were losing patients to long hold times and abandoned calls, especially during peak clinic hours and evenings. Staff spent disproportionate time on routine scheduling, referral follow-up, and basic eligibility questions. Assort absorbs the majority of those contacts, frees capacity for higher-complexity work, and has improved first-contact resolution and appointment conversion.
