What do you like best about AssistLoop?

Flexibility and ease of use. It makes building AI assistants with custom knowledge bases and API integrations surprisingly straightforward.

Their customer support has been excellent as well. I encountered a couple of API access issues, and the team was responsive, helpful, and resolved everything quickly. Great experience so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssistLoop?

There are a few small features that could make AssistLoop even more convenient, such as the ability to clone agents or define Action parameters, including their descriptions, directly through JSON.

These aren't features you'd need every day, but they would make experimenting with different configurations and testing multiple agents much easier.

AssistLoop allows me to integrate AI assistants into my websites, helping visitors find relevant information and receive personalized advice.

This improves the user experience, makes complex information more accessible, and helps visitors find what they're looking for more efficiently.
