I like the fact that AssistLoop provides a very personalized chatbot experience. It can connect to the data you have about a customer on your website through API and other methods, know when the user is logged in, that it's Jane Doe, and that Jane Doe has previously used X, Y, and Z products and likes this or that. Although this is not due to any fault of AssistLoop, the authentication or the API side can seem complicated initially, but it's not. I feel many people may be initially discouraged by that. However, you do not need to connect or authenticate if you choose not to. You can use it in a non-authenticated chatbot if you decide to use it like that, And you can decide to connect to your website's backend when you are good and ready.
