The most challenging part of implementing any new process or installing new equipment is the initial setup and commissioning; AssetWatch is no exception. The primary challenge is finding the time to work with the technician on sensor placement and mobile hotspot configuration. However, we have to remind ourselves that this effort is a one-time deal, and once the system is installed and operational, the benefits far outweigh this temporary inconvenience.
