What do you like best about AssetTiger?

I've been using Asset Tiger to manage my equipment and supplies, and it's made things way easier for me. Since it's free and works on any device, I can check or update my inventory whether I'm at my desk or on the go. I really like how I can scan barcodes with my phone to quickly find items, and the app lets me customize how I organize everything so it fits my needs. It also reminds me when it's time to service or check certain tools, which helps me stay on top of maintenance. What do you dislike about AssetTiger?

The layout could be a bit more modern and intuitive—it works, but sometimes I find myself clicking around more than I’d like to find what I need. I’ve also noticed that the reporting features, while useful, aren’t as flexible as I’d hoped; it would be great to have more options for customizing reports. A few other users have mentioned that the mobile app could be smoother, and I’d agree—it’s handy, but occasionally it lags or doesn’t sync right away. What problems is AssetTiger solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asset Tiger is solving the problem of keeping track of all our equipment and supplies in one organized place. Before using it, I was relying on spreadsheets and manual notes, which got messy and hard to manage—especially when things went missing or needed maintenance. Now, I can easily see what I own, where it is, and when it needs attention. It’s also helping me stay on top of repairs and servicing with automatic reminders, which saves me from unexpected breakdowns. The barcode scanning feature makes updates quick and accurate, and having everything stored in the cloud means I can access it anytime, from anywhere.
