The best thing that I like about servicenow Asset Management feature of cmdb is that with using one software I can use all the features and related to all my field of work for example Asset Management document management fixed asset customer database collaboration text Management Service and feedback analytics knowledge base and incident management so using one software only I can manage all of work so that's pretty much useful and Handy.
