"The BEST Platform to Give Recognition to Your Teammates, Even for the Smallest Efforts"
What do you like best about Assembly?

The Assembly Recognition Portal is so amazing for workplace culture! It helps a lot in saying thanks to teammates and celebrating their wins, big or small. This platform makes it very easy to show appreciation in a meaningful way. What I like most is how simple it is. Anyone can use it! It lets every effort, even the small ones, get noticed. The design is so user-friendly, and you can customize it to make it more personal when you want to say thanks. It really helps teams feel more happy and connected. It’s not just a tool; it’s like a way to make the workplace more positive and nice. Assembly has changed how we show gratitude and celebrate others. I think every team should try it. Highly recommending it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Redeeming rewards in India feels a little limited. The options we have are okay, but if there were more variety and local choices, it would make the experience much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Point Management and Fun Rewards Experience"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I like how easy it is to use and to divide the points among a group. The previous software we had used also didn't allow the use of gifs and I think that really add to the experience and makes it more fun. I also really appreciate how easy the catalog is to use and redeem points in comparison to our previous software, the previous catalog was too extensive and there were so many little things that I didn't feel were valuable, it was kind of time consuming. I also like the reminder emails, I struggle to remember to send points, so it's nice to have that reminder if I have pandas left to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I don't know if this is an assembly issue or something isolated to my company but I don't like getting pinged everytime someone in my company gets points because there are 1500+ employees. That's my biggest issue, I feel like the functionality with Assembly itself is such a breath of fresh air compared to what we were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition and Rewards Make Assembly a Must-Have"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I really enjoy using Assembly because it makes recognizing colleagues so straightforward. The email reminders ensure I never miss a chance to express my gratitude or highlight the great work of others. I also value how easy it is to add extra recognition to shout outs that have already been given. One of the features I like most is the option to award points, which can then be redeemed for gift cards. This adds an extra layer of reward to showing appreciation. Assembly has made recognizing colleagues more consistent, engaging, and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Assembly platform, as it helps employees celebrate achievements on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

One downside is that the number of tokens are limited, especially when I want to recognize more colleagues. It would also be helpful if unused tokens rolled over, because if I forget to post recognition before the end of the month, I end up losing them. More flexibility with tokens would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Support for Employees Facing Financial Pressures"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly has been an incredible resource, especially during times when the cost of living keeps rising. It’s reassuring to know there’s a tool that helps bridge the gap on unexpected or extra expenses so employees can stay afloat without added stress.

What really stands out is how simple and accessible everything is. It genuinely feels like Assembly was built with real people in mind — people who are doing their best to make ends meet in tough economic conditions. Being able to rely on this kind of support has made a meaningful difference, and I’m grateful it exists.

If you’re looking for a platform that truly helps employees manage financial pressures and provides real, tangible support with easy implementation, Assembly is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

There isn't really anything that I would say I dislike. I would like to see more options for Rewards added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Workplace Culture with Fun, Recognition, and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly is a very fun platform where coworkers can interact and give appreciation to one another. It offers multiple ways to enhance gamification and make people truly enjoy the experience. In our company, it has turned into a MUST, and everyone is constantly checking what others are sharing and doing on Assembly.

One of its strongest points is how it helps build a culture of recognition and belonging. Peer-to-peer rewards, public shoutouts, and team challenges create a positive environment that motivates employees daily. The platform also integrates smoothly with tools like Slack and Teams, which makes it even more accessible and part of the everyday workflow.

Assembly is very easy to use for all types of users, regardless of their technical background, and it provides a wide range of customization options to adapt it to each company’s culture and goals. From branded rewards to custom recognition programs, everything feels aligned with your organization.

Overall, Assembly is an engaging and powerful tool for boosting morale, strengthening teamwork, and creating a more connected and appreciative workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition and Fun Team Engagement"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Its layout resembles a social media platform, which makes it feel familiar and easy to use. You can view posts from everyone across your entire company, making it simple to recognize colleagues both inside and outside your physical office. Navigating the platform is effortless, and posting is enjoyable thanks to the inclusion of GIFs and emojis. I use Assembly to give my team a shoutout when they need a morale boost, to wish someone a happy birthday, or just to offer a pat on the back. Accessing customer support is straightforward and convenient. There are multiple options available for redeeming the recognition you receive, which adds to the enjoyment of both sending and receiving posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I have no negative comments about Assembly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to push performance and reward my team."
What do you like best about Assembly?

As a TL this is a great tool to help push the performace of my team, but also as a way to say thank you for what they have done. Rather then me just saying, "well done, thanks for all your hard work", and thats it, now I can give them some points that they can turn into real world rewards. It helps agents to want to do better when they see the fruits of their labour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I dont like that there is a min character count for the posts when I want to reconise someone. Sometimes, all I want or need to say is, "thanks for the help with X" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Reporting and Fun Shout Outs at a Great Price"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I love all things when it comes to Assembly. As an admin, I love how easy it is to run reports to see who is doing what, cross team collaboration, which or our values are being used or not used. The AI function is so easy and quick when it comes to creating shout outs. I love the shout outs with GIFs and it helps those who just don't want to put in the extra effort, haha. We have heard some incredible feed back from the team as well. Plus, the price point is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

The AI reporting takes a minute which is weird for AI but that's okay

I would like it to be more geared toward rewarding people who do the shout outs verse points for getting a shout out (for us that would drive engagement)

The challenges and rewards are great but having someone or a function help us think of new ideas or think out of the box would be cool.

Not necessarily dislikes, but if I have to find something I will haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Recognition software"
What do you like best about Assembly?

We’ve been using Assembly as our employee recognition and rewards platform, and it’s been a fantastic experience from the start. The platform is intuitive, engaging, and has truly enhanced our company culture by making appreciation a regular part of our daily workflow.

What I love most about Assembly is how easy it is to recognize teammates for their hard work and contributions. The ability to send quick “shoutouts” and tie them to company values helps reinforce the kind of culture we want to build. The rewards system is equally great — employees can redeem points for meaningful perks or gift cards, making recognition feel both personal and valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

It would be really helpful if Assembly expanded its gift card selection to include a wider range of international and niche brands. More options — especially region-specific or experience-based rewards — would make the redemption process more exciting and inclusive for all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Way to Recognize Colleagues and Celebrate Effort"
What do you like best about Assembly?

This is the first time i have used a P2P recognition program. I like it! Its nice to be able to give and receive to colleagues who go that extra mile. Seems to run smoothly as i havent had to reach out to customer support or anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I can't think of many things to say. I haven't used anything similar before, so this is a new experience for me. It appears to offer a good variety of reward options, and choosing among them seems straightforward enough. I would maybe use it more if there were oppurtunities to receive more points on certain days or even small points on assemblys dime somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
