What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

The easiness and robustness. The workflows are defined so easily that people can send recognitions in less than a minute to their peers. The UI is simple, fast, and to the point. No unwanted distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

The platform is good as of now and I don't dislike anything. However, I would like a feature to upload custom photos or gifs. Perhaps a feature to add pictures just like in social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to struggle with peer reviews, employee engagement, and recognition. With assembly, now these are smooth as butter. We have allocated tokens or as we call cheeses to employees and we have observed a massive growth in employee happiness index. Our attrition rate is now all-time low.
