Overall, Neos is a reliable case management system that supports a more streamlines and organized legal practice with all its integrations and AI assistance. Anytime I have had a question Neos support quickly responds and answers my questions. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The only downside I see is that sometimes the program will freeeze or kick you out. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neos makes it possible to be mostly paperless. I especially like the customization features and the ability to manage multiple workflows within the same system. I also love the support portal! The customization features help our team tailor workflows and document management processes to fit our department's needs. The support portal has been very helpful whenever questions come up, since responses and resources are usually clear and easy to follow. The integration with Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook helps keep documents, communications, and case-related information organized and accessible. I found it very easy and quick to learn the platform, and it really supports our department's workflow and organization effectively. The initial setup and onboarding process felt manageable overall. While there was a learning curve with some advanced features like templates, the platform became easier to navigate with daily use and support resources. Performance has been reliable overall during daily use, and the system helps keep workflows running efficiently throughout the workday. I love being able to read notes from other team members without needing to chase them down for information. I really enjoy the ability to track providers, dates of treatment, and providers on liens. The Docs tab with its templates is great for generating documents. I particularly like using the Value Tab to track costs, payments, and other financial data, and I appreciate being able to attach documents directly to my notes for easy access. The checklist feature helps me stay organized, and creating my own to-dos is very efficient. I also appreciate the customizable dashboard, which lets me see my activities and cases without extra steps, and the seamless integration with my Outlook calendar to ensure I don't miss anything. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The Neos AI cannot analyze really big files, like a 3,000-page record, making it hard to get summaries for large documents. I also wish there were more boxes in the Value Tab or Records Tab for each provider, like 'treating' & 'not treating', and a way to run reports on that. It'd be nice to run a report on pending checklist tasks and their due dates too, but I haven't found how to do that. Also, I prefer if Neos was available as a desktop application instead of just on the browser. Using it on the browser shrinks the screen with the tabs, making it hard to see all the information. Lastly, using Neos as a new user was complicated and took a while to get the hang of. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assembly Neos lets me quickly retrieve case information, eliminating lengthy document searches. I can track treatments, generate docs with templates, and manage tasks efficiently with a customizable dashboard. The integration with Outlook syncs my tasks seamlessly. ### 5. These include the tabs, cases, customization, quick note options, file dragging and clickable icons. As a first time user of these applications; the learning process was extremely efficient, fast and commendable. I use NEOS everyday and my functions at times require simultaneously calendar, intake, file uploading, checks, and case work: all of which are smoothly coexisting with NEOS. Furthermore, with the whole firm working with NEOS; all our clients are smoothly integrated into our case files and our work is easily imputed and uploaded. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** I must confess that in recent times I have not at all enjoyed the new updates or editions to its software. Its newer updates have added unnecessary cluttering tabs and options. The software itself has become slower; as I mentioned in my likes- it is so important to me to have multiple tabs open to work most efficiently. Although NEOS is still powerful, I confess that it is slightly weaker than older models. I have not had the most reliable costumer support unfortunately as well. I wish there was a more direct way to access and communicate our concerns. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main "problem" Neos would be solving is inefficient case management and handlining. Without the NEOS system,, our workload would be quadrupled, easily. I use it on a daily basis to keep track of case notes, client requests, and submission of documents. It integrates with our email and files system to ensure that the messages and documents are stored appropriately. Task The platform will save time in reviewing progress and make it easier to plan future tasks as the history of every case is available. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** I do not like that in Assembly Neos there are certain workflows that do not seem flexible and can hardly be modified in case of any unforeseen circumstances. To add an exception or update, a few steps are at times necessary and this delays my working on pending cases. Multi tasking may prove to be cumbersome when the seasons are at their peak. These restrictions have sometimes caused an additional burden and had to be planned well to ensure that clients were not delayed. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Assembly Neos, client instructions, documents, and deadlines were difficult to track and had a potential to make errors. Everything is now consolidated and visible, which is an advantage to me and my fellow colleagues. It helps our teams stay organized, keeps cases moving, and gives us clear visibility into what’s happening across the firm. From a marketing perspective, having clean data and consistent reporting makes a huge difference in how we track performance and improve the client experience. I like the custom Dashboards. My marketing dashboards give me live insights into leads, retainers, and sources to keep me up to date and informed. Also, if you want a new field or a new way of reporingt, they are quick to add it. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The biggest frustration has been the lack of response around API access. We submitted a very straightforward request for read-only API access over three weeks ago and still haven’t received any response. Because of this, we’ve had to build our own Google offline tracking workaround, which is far from ideal. This delay is directly impacting our ability to implement proper offline conversion tracking and build a reporting dashboard that leadership is actively asking for. It puts unnecessary strain on internal reporting and, candidly, reflects poorly on me when I’m unable to deliver something that should be simple, especially when Neos promotes having an open API and working closely with client teams. Clear communication and follow-through here would go a long way. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assembly Neos solves the problem of fragmentation. It gives us one centralized system for managing cases, documents, timelines, and data instead of having information spread across multiple tools. That consistency helps our teams work more efficiently and reduces errors or missed details.
