"Assembly Makes Remote Recognition Motivating!"

What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

When working remotely it's nice to have a program like Assembly that helps you to recognize team members. When you don't see people face to face all the time, this brings lots of positivity and motivation to not just one person, but the entire team! It was very easy to leave a message, give points, and even redeem. The bonus was the gift cards we could redeem. Such a great way to get everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

The thing I disliked most about Assembly was that I feel like some team members would only give points to some people. They had a system. I don't think there would be a way around this, but I did notice it as the ADMIN of our work account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped to motivate team members. It gave rewards which was nice, especially when the company can't give a huge bonus. It was also great for company announcements and updates. Loved having a portal for this that would not only put it in the program but would email everyone, too. We were able to see who did and did not engage with the program, who engaged the most, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
