I like that you can put gifts on Assembly by Quantum Workplace. I also like that you can give points to certain people, more points to some people, and less points to others, as certain things call for less or more points. This setup gives people more incentive at our workplace to do more for others or take that extra step, knowing they're going to get gratification and a reward for it.
