What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I like that you can put gifts on Assembly by Quantum Workplace. I also like that you can give points to certain people, more points to some people, and less points to others, as certain things call for less or more points. This setup gives people more incentive at our workplace to do more for others or take that extra step, knowing they're going to get gratification and a reward for it. Oh, I love Assembly, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone on my team or in my life that I knew would use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

It's a little hard to find people sometimes. I have to type in almost their whole name, but we have over 2,000 employees, so that could be why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to give recognition to the team where it's sometimes forgotten. It gives people more incentive at our workplace to do more for others, knowing they're gonna get gratification and a reward for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
