I love the interface of Assembled WFM; it's amazing and helps everything work timely without any delay. It's light on browser resources, which is great. Assembled WFM allows us to clearly see and plan resources for our BPO projects, offering real-time insights into team adherence to tasks and KPIs. I like how we can generate multiple reports for documentation purposes, and its integration with a wide variety of tools makes it very versatile. I appreciate being able to handle everything in one place, avoiding the need for multiple documents and systems. The setup was pretty easy with simple inputs, and later, adding more data and planning went well. It's powerful for different purposes, even handling project invoicing.
