"Assemble Makes Estimating Simple, Repeatable, and Professional"

What do you like best about Assemble Pro?

I have to say, Assemble is a great piece of software. It’s simple to use and gives me much better control and visibility over the jobs I’m pricing. I was using another program before, but I was paying for a bunch of features I didn’t use. Assemble has exactly what I want, and I’m not tied into any contracts.

The team was very helpful in getting me set up with my first templates, and since then estimating jobs has become a repeatable process I can run through again and again. I’ve also been able to send out more estimates using company-headed emails, which really helps me stand out as professional and shows that I know what I’m talking about.

They’ve just rolled out AI page scaling and page naming, which I find really helpful on the takeoff side of things, and I’m excited to see what else is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assemble Pro?

To be honest, I think the system is great, and it’s hard to say I have any major dislikes.

I use Quickbooks, and I’d really love it if Assemble integrated with it. I asked the team, and they said the Quickbooks integration is currently underway and should be available in the next few weeks. Once that’s in place, the system will feel complete as far as I’m concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assemble Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m on-site most days, so I don’t have the time or the budget to commit to a bigger software package that’s really built for estimators or someone sitting at a desk for eight hours a day.

Assemble gives me everything I need in a takeoff and estimating software. It genuinely boosts my confidence in my estimates, so when I get the word that I’ve won the job, I’m thrilled—because I know I can deliver it and still make money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
