What do you like best about Assay?

What I like best about Assay is its highly intuitive drag-and-drop interface, which has significantly streamlined my daily project management tasks. Instead of spending time on manual setup, this tool allows me to organize my workflow efficiently, saving me several hours each week. What do you dislike about Assay?

What I like least about Assay is that the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for new team members who aren't familiar with project management software. It would be helpful if there were more interactive onboarding tutorials or step-by-step walkthroughs to get users up to speed faster. Also, while the reporting features are powerful, I feel that the customization options for the dashboard could be a bit more flexible to better suit different team needs. What problems is Assay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assay addresses the problem of fragmented project communication and the inefficiency of manual task tracking. Before using Assay, my team struggled with scattered updates and missed deadlines because we didn’t have a centralized hub to keep everything aligned.

Since adopting Assay, I’ve benefited from a clear, visual overview of every project phase in one place. It has also automated our status reporting, saving me at least 3–4 hours of administrative work each week. As a result, I can spend more time on high-impact tasks instead of chasing updates, which has improved our overall delivery speed and helped reduce project bottlenecks.
