What do you like best about Aspyre?

I really like the user-friendliness and its ability to navigate, I also appreciate the feature, which allows setting different priorities for the chores. I employ it every day to make sure that I am achieving what is essential and crucial for that day because it is so easy to use and integrate into my daily work. It aids in the tracking of the developers’ activities towards the accomplishment of their goals, sprint planning, and sprint point estimate. What do you dislike about Aspyre?

In our department, there is flexibility involved thus giving a better understanding each individual member’s plight. Consequently, it may take a bit of understanding before you arrive at a conclusion as to which structure or design conforms to your objectives and mode of operation; hence, allocate time to understand the features of the program. What problems is Aspyre solving and how is that benefiting you?

The use of records and templates apart from documentation among other tools helps us understand what is happening or what needs to happen at the customer level for the customer and project levels. This allows us to integrate all the activities within our department at a common place and this in turn leads to the improved coordination of the initiatives.
