What do you like best about Aspect?

Taking notes while actively listening to the candidate is tough and exhausting.

With Aspect I can dedicate my full attention to the candidate, thanks to the incredible transcription.

I've used other transcription tools in the past but they weren't built for recruitment and I had to find workarounds to make them pertinent to my work; not with Aspect!

The summary, the Q&A feature and the ATS integration have boosted my productivity and lowered the context-switching stress, the analytics provided allowed for me and my team to have full visibility over our stats, and Aspect's team couldn't be more helpful, friendly and accessible!

What do you dislike about Aspect?

So far, no major downsides! Whenever we found obstacles, the Aspect team was quick to tackle them and take our feedback to further improve the platform :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing for better attention, presence and active listening during interviews without having to worry about taking notes.

Super useful summaries and Q&A of the meeting, which optimize time and information sharing.

Transcriptions in several languages are great for a team hiring worldwide (like ours).
