It integrates smoothly with your ATS, it's incredibly easy to implement because it's super intuitive and, unlike other recording/transcription tools, it's built for recruiting so it will give you personalized findings, suitable for all your interviewing needs. **What do you dislike about Aspect?** Occasionally some bugs but the team was super helpful in fixing them right away or working with us to find a workaround. **What problems is Aspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great help taking notes of interviews, ensuring an appropriate follow-up and giving you summarized findings, Q&A and more! ### 2. I easily added it to my Zoom Pro account, and it also works with just a file upload for live meetings. I also love the summarization and recommended next steps! This is a game changer for note taking during interviews, coaching calls, and discovery calls. I highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Aspect?** The only thing missing from the platform that I've notices so far is a companion app, but having the ability to upload files from live meetings decreases the need for this. **What problems is Aspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aspect solves the distraction of taking notes during meetings. I can be present, share ideas, stay engaged with follow up questions or furthering the point. There is no distraction on the other side with me typing or having my head down writing, either. ### 3. Faster, more informed decisions using Hume has led to faster, better hires! **What do you dislike about Aspect?** Like any software, the main downside is getting your team to implement the change in current hiring process, but integrating hume is fast & easy. The mobile version is continuing to be improved. **What problems is Aspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hume solves the problem of human interviewers not listening well & capturing important details from the interview. Hume also solves the problem of organizing the candidates highlighted info for easy & faster sharing thru email. Hume adds AI where we humans fall short in assessing candidate's effectively. We miss things- Hume captures it all. Hume becomes your virtual admin during interviews keeping notes & organizing your interviews into a candidate library for easy sharing.
