I appreciate Askable's ability to deliver insights quickly, which is a lifesaver for my team. The inbuilt AI tools are a standout feature for us, enabling dynamic interviews in line with our research objectives. The AI analysis tool makes it incredibly easy to analyze results, pull themes, and create reports, saving me a lot of time. I love having the control over what we create and launch, and it's user-friendly enough that many team members can use it with ease. The 'Ask AI' tool is fantastic, efficiently identifying trends, insights, and feedback from multiple studies. It's pretty accurate and can even back up themes with real quotes or video snippets, which I really like. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the support from account managers who trained us. What do you dislike about Askable? There are some limitations with setting quotas and interlocking quotas on Askable. You need to launch a survey before 3pm-3:30pm if you want it to go live the same day because the team needs to review and approve it, which is usually okay but can be a hassle. The 'Ask AI' tool doesn't work for all types of studies, like prototype testing. It doesn't support quantitative surveying heavily, so we need to use another tool for big surveys like brand health tracking. I've noticed with the AI interviews, about 90% are good, but some participants might not realize we are reviewing them, leading to slightly odd or inappropriate behavior at times but they do allow you to remove these and replace participants for free Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
