What I appreciate most about Askable is the strength of our partnership and their collaborative approach. The Askable team is exceptionally supportive and maintains impressive transparency regarding their product roadmap and upcoming features. Having experienced multiple iterations of the platform firsthand, I can confidently attest to its continuous evolution. While we love using Askable overall, we see room for growth around reporting capabilities. We would love to see more advanced data export options, deeper analytics, and more flexible reporting templates to help us present insights to stakeholders even faster. That being said, we know the team is actively developing new features in this space, and given Askable’s track record of product evolution, we’re excited to see what’s coming next. For BIG W, this means we can gather authentic customer feedback in a fraction of the time. It allows us to move away from assumptions and base our strategic decisions on direct evidence and customer needs, ensuring that the customer voice drives everything we build and deliver.
