What I like best about Ask Fetch is the combination of the quoting platform itself and the team behind it. Having underwriting information and multiple carrier options available within one platform makes it much easier to evaluate where a risk fits without bouncing between carrier systems. It helps keep available markets in front of our team and makes the quoting and underwriting process more efficient.
Just as importantly, the Fetch team is extremely responsive to real-world agency feedback. They genuinely want to understand how we work, where our pain points are, and what would make the platform more useful in our actual day-to-day operations.
I've had the opportunity to test new functionality and give very direct feedback. When I've identified an issue or unexpected behavior, they have immediately dug into it, asked for examples, and worked toward a solution. I've also seen our suggestions and feedback turn into actual product improvements very quickly.
It's a strong quoting and underwriting tool already, but their willingness to listen to agencies and continually improve the platform is what really sets the experience apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest limitation for us right now is carrier availability. As an independent agency with a large number of carrier partners, having as many of those markets as possible available within the same quoting workflow is extremely important. If a carrier isn't visible during the quoting process, there is always a risk that it won't be considered.
That said, this is an area where Fetch is actively growing. Their team has been very transparent about which integrations are in development, which are being pursued, and where there are challenges outside of their control. We've also been able to give direct feedback about which carrier integrations are most important to our agency, and they have been very receptive to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
