It's a perfect tool if you find out that your system is running slowly and needs some fresh start without reinstallation. I really liked the interface - it's very intuitive. Also some added features like file shredder and backup tool are nice add-ons. I think WinOptimizeer could be considered outdated for some, especially with some similar features being automatically available in the latest versions of Windows. Therefore this tool can be obsolete for some. Also performance optimising looks like a "polishing" without going too deep into the system's tasks (could be considered good/bad).
