"Asana’s Calendar View Streamlined Our Content Publishing Workflow"

What do you like best about Asana?

We publish a handful of blog posts and social posts every week, and before this I had content calendar in one spreadsheet, drafts in google docs and approval happing over email. Asana's calendar view now shows every piece of content on its actual publish data, and I attached the doc link right on the task so nobody's hunting for the right version anymore. Subtasks for draft, edit and final approval also mean I can see exactly which stage something's stuck in without asking the writer directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Switching between calendar view and list view takes a second to get used to, I sometimes forget which view shows what and click around more than I should trying to find a specific post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Used to spend part of my Monday just piecing together what was actually publishing that week from three different places. Now it's one calendar and everything's linked to the doc and the approval stage. The view switching thing is a small annoyance, mostly on me forgetting where to look, but it beats digging through old email threads for the fourth version of a draft.
