We use Aryaka to connect our office locations worldwide through a managed SD-WAN, and the experience has been excellent. The network has been extremely reliable, with consistently strong uptime across all of our sites, which is essential when supporting global operations. Their support team is also highly responsive; whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve engaged quickly and helped resolve issues efficiently. Overall, the managed service model removes a significant operational burden from our team and allows us to focus on other priorities instead of managing WAN infrastructure ourselves. The reporting and visibility features could be more robust. While the platform provides basic monitoring, having deeper analytics and more customizable dashboards would help us better track performance trends across our global sites.
