What do you like best about Arxiv?

ArXiv gives immediate, open access to current research across many fields, accelerating discovery even though it does not provide formal peer review. what i like is the Immediate open access to thousands of preprints across disciplines, especially robotics and telecom, making it easy to discover and share early-stage research quickly. What do you dislike about Arxiv?

What problems is Arxiv solving and how is that benefiting you?
