What do you like best about Artisan?

Artisan offloads much of the high-volume outreach work for our startup, allowing our salespeople to focus on activities that require a human in the loop, rather than spending hours getting to that point. The AI augmented messaging helps us get more actionable and positive responses from potential prospects, effectively replacing a full time SDR with just the cost of a few licenses. What do you dislike about Artisan?

A few months ago I would have said that I didn't love the lack of ability to attach files in a response, but that has since been fixed. We find it difficult having to consistently reconnect mailboxes, as there have been responses missed due to disconnected mailboxes, but we've amended this behavior on our end to mitigate. What problems is Artisan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Artisan replaces the need for a full time SDR. As a small startup, it's incredibly valuable to use tools wherever we can, so we can focus on the parts that require human interaction. Artisan Sales does just that by removing the bulky grunt work that is prospecting, and allowing our sellers to interact face to face with customers more often. It's accelerated our deal timeline and surface much more strategic contacts, allowing us to increase our deal velocity and deal value at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
