"Artis Streamlined Client Onboarding with Powerful Connectors and Natural Live Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Artis?

Artis was crucial for onboarding new clients quickly. That let us stay focused on new sales while new customers moved through the product and workflows more easily.

We also loved that it had connectors like Zendesk, Hubspot, Slack, and Jira. A lot of the time, customers would share product feedback (either crazy ideas or things we could improve), and Artis would capture the notes and create a Jira ticket for a new task, including all the relevant information about the client who requested it. For escalations, it worked amazingly too: it would create tickets in Zendesk and provide the details we needed to fix the bug almost instantly.

The live calls Artis ran with our customers were really good, no latency. It guided users through the platform while adding context and clarifying the parts they didn’t fully understand.

We also really liked the usage-based pricing, since we were a startup. We couldn’t afford tools like Appcues (and it also felt too slow and too manual to set up, with a different overall effect), so being able to grow our monthly plan without an annual contract was a big plus.

Artis also gave us the option to choose the AI model for the voice, and we really liked the GPT Live 1 version. It sounded more human and felt more natural and real. Overall, it’s a really good product. We shared feedback with them as well, and they implemented it quite quickly, so you genuinely feel heard by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artis?

Although it can work for sales, onboarding, and support use cases, I’d personally focus it more on the “hand-holding” side of continuous onboarding (not just first-time onboarding) rather than on sales. We tried it on our website, and it didn’t get the same kind of catchy usage that the platform itself did, probably because the leads don’t know it’s there or what it’s for. That’s not necessarily a bad thing; it really depends on what you want to use it for. For onboarding and support, though, it’s really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
