What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I like Articulate 360 because it serves as a modern substitute for PowerPoints, increasing engagement and interactivity during our presentations. The integration of AI into Articulate has been gradual, which allows us to learn and make the most of it. The ease of setup was a breeze, and we even set up a certification around it, which made transferring knowledge across our team smoother. The use of code blocks has notably sped up our design process; projects that used to take a month now only take two weeks, including the review phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

I think it would be great if the generation of photos was done better. I would also like to be able to generate videos. Having audio transcripts is helpful, but what would really enhance the experience is if we could generate complete conversations, not just a one-liner or one person talking at a time. For example, it would be great to have a full conversation, like between an agent and a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
