What do you like best about Articos?

We use Articos when we want to get an outside perspective on design concepts, messaging, or user experiences before moving too far into a project. I like that we can explore different audience reactions without having to coordinate multiple interviews each time. The research is presented in a structured format, which makes it easier for our design team to review findings and discuss what may need to be changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articos?

The results still need to be interpreted within the context of the specific project. We don't rely on the platform alone for important design decisions, especially when we need detailed feedback from an existing customer or user. What problems is Articos solving and how is that benefiting you?

One challenge we have is getting meaningful audience input early in the design process. Articos gives us another way to explore how different users might react to a concept before investing more time in development. We've used the insights to question some of our assumptions, review messaging, and identify areas where additional user feedback would be useful. I'd recommend giving it a try if your design team needs an additional way to explore audience perspectives during the early stages of a project.
