I find Aroopa Campaign Manager easy to use, especially liking the flexibility they provide. Being able to select multiple contacts and send follow-up emails is handy. I use it not only for sending email and SMS for both marketing and transactions but also for email campaigns. Their workflows for sequencing emails are particularly valuable for managing follow-ups efficiently. It integrates seamlessly with the mobile app, which is a plus. I also appreciate their responsiveness; when I needed a specific feature, like the location feature, they added it.
