"Intuitive All-in-One Course Management, with Room to Improve Reporting"

What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I find Arlo really easy to use and accessible. The interface is intuitive, and I can easily find the course and learner information I need. It’s a one-stop shop for our day-to-day work across our coordination, program management, and leadership teams. I also find it useful that it connects our website with the back end and holds the course information we use on the website. Communication with learners works well: I can create course information and emails and schedule reminders, which streamlines those communications so I don’t have to think about them. What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

I’d like more flexibility in the reminder templates, so I could send pre-course work through the reminder system. I’d also like better business intelligence reporting, especially an easier way to compare enrollment data year on year. We can’t use Arlo’s integration tools because our workplace hasn’t approved them, which is a bit of a problem for us. The initial setup was very difficult because we had a lot of data to get into Arlo, though that was a long time ago and doesn’t really affect us now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Arlo Training Management Software to keep all our course information, clients, and organizational context in one place. It collects registrations and gives learners a seamless enrollment experience, while helping us invoice, track course revenue, report on courses, and manage presenters and clients.
