What do you like best about Arkham?

Arkham.tech enables us to centralize operational data from multiple sources, transforming complex datasets into business-ready concepts. It consolidates scattered information into structured, comprehensible data that is ready for analysis and suitable for training advanced AI models. The team successfully translated most of our operational structure into a scalable cloud platform. The platform is accessible across profiles, empowering non-technical users to explore, analyze, and extract value from the data in an intuitive and efficient way.

Once the initial implementation was in place, adding new features and use cases became a smooth, incremental process. Arkham’s team is highly knowledgeable in their respective domains and has been consistently responsive. They offer valuable guidance and support to address evolving needs. What do you dislike about Arkham?

While the platform is powerful, it can struggle with highly fragmented data environments, as it is designed for organizations with more mature and structured processes. Additionally, some advanced AI features and visual components could benefit from greater customization, particularly for technical users. Certain capabilities remain locked at the backend level, limiting flexibility for more advanced use cases compared to traditional cloud platforms—which offer more control, but typically require specialized teams, increased complexity, and longer development times. That said, we have already seen improvements in these areas, and there is a robust roadmap in place to continue addressing these limitations. What problems is Arkham solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arkham.tech solves the challenge of having operational data spread across multiple systems, which used to slow down reporting and create inconsistencies as our operations grew, often resulting in different versions of the same files or metrics. By centralizing all our data in one place, the platform has streamlined access, improved alignment across teams, and scaled with the business.

Manual, repetitive reports have been replaced with automated pipelines, and dashboards can be defined once and reused throughout the organization. TARS, Arkham’s AI assistant, is trained on our organization’s ontology, ensuring contextual understanding and allowing users to retrieve metrics through natural language. Technical users can work directly with SQL or high-performance notebooks.

The Delta Lake architecture allows us to process millions of records in seconds, eliminating the need to split data across files. Everything stays unified and ready for exploration at scale.
