Honestly, I approached Arize AX with a lot of skepticism because I’m not a data scientist. I’m a facilities operations guy. But what I appreciate most is that the platform gives me a tangible way to understand where our new AI concierge and predictive maintenance tools are messing up. We’ve rolled out a couple of AI agents to handle service requests and help our techs diagnose HVAC and lighting issues. In our world, a wrong answer can mean a building gets too hot or a tenant is frustrated, and we need to know exactly when and why the AI is failing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding took a little longer than I expected. I think the product is robust, but for a person like me who just wants to see if the agent is doing its job, there is a lot of signal to process. When we first started, I was a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of data points and options for evaluation. My engineering team was able to help set up the main dashboards, but if I were trying to configure this entirely on my own, I would have been lost for a few weeks.
