What do you like best about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?

Absolutely great capability, lots of customization. It's a fantastic piece of software that you can ramp up to use 100% of. CarFax reporting is awesome. From having multiple users, to easy exporting to QuickBooks, to PartsTech integration. Software is full of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?

Wish that it listed parts/labor by job on the invoice instead of all parts and all labor items sorted categorically. Also wish it had Wave integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the fact that you are taking advantage of the customization options, many features, and key integrations. We are committed to improving the workflow of every one of our users, and I'll share the feature requests with our technical team and see if we can start working on the Wave integration and hopefully improve the parts/ labor layout on invoices.
