What do you like best about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?

I love ARI Auto Repair Software because it is perfectly catered to what we do and has helped us move beyond the software we were trying to use before. The equipment and customer tracking are invaluable, especially when dealing with fleet accounts and customers with multiple vehicles. The client portal has been a huge hit, allowing customers to log in, see their history, set up reminders, and schedule repairs. ARI continues to grow and improve, with excellent customer service that listens and implements customer suggestions. I especially appreciate the AI features, which have made writing detailed vehicle inspections and invoices easier, saving me a lot of time. The program's layout is user-friendly, allowing me to quickly access job cards and switch between tasks effortlessly. What do you dislike about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?
