What we like best is how we can customize our proforma's to cater our investment needs, criteria and our risk appetites. Instead of outsourcing to a consulting firm or throwing into a basic analysis, we are able to use our inputs and our data to create projections that we feel are more accurate. This is not a software that can be used by just anyone, it required about 6 weeks of classes and a few implementations before I felt proficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering ARGUS Developer: We recommend that you use argus to create a proforma that resembles your investment criteria. In the world of real estate there are endless factors to how a project is valued. What problems is ARGUS Developer solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting rid of the need to use strict criteria when valuating an investment and when planning a development schedule. We are no longer paying to outsource the investment facet that is behind this. Also, we are using out own inputs and parameters.
