There is always room to improve. Due to the vast range of solutions being offered by Telia, the customer tends to confuse about which one to choose, the Customer Care should be able to identify the confusion and help resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arelion solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a bridge between the wholesalers to the retail/end-user customer across the globe. We have to have a robust mechanism to cater to different segments.
