What do you like best about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

I started using the Arcserve platform to see reviews on G2.com. Arcserve helped one of my clients save from ransomware attacks with Sophos Intercept X. What do you dislike about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

What problems is Arcserve Cloud Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?

When my client was in an important presentation with foreign delegates, and suddenly, between meetings, his system got attacked by ransomware. At that, I called the arcserve team, who helped us within a minute with less data loss and the remaining also gets recovered after some time.
