What do you like best about Arconar?

I like how Arconar bundles lots of different AI model‑powered utilities all inside one single marketplace portal. This saves me from jumping between dozens of standalone AI websites in my day‑to‑day work as meeting and admin coordinator at BauProjekt Ingenieur UG. Before we moved over to Arconar, I was juggling SummarizeBot, NoteAI and MeetingMind for processing our civil‑engineering project meeting content. Back in May, SummarizeBot suffered an unexpected backend outage right after our ground‑foundation client review meeting. I couldn’t access my transcript drafts for hours and nearly missed sending out meeting follow‑ups to our project engineers. That stressful incident made me value having everything under one portal. As part of my daily job, I need quick AI helpers for building meeting agendas, condensing long Pexip call transcripts, and pulling clear action items for site inspection tasks. I appreciate not having to create countless new external accounts every time I want to try out summarizers, text rewriters, and agenda generators. The ability to pre‑screen each tool’s basic data‑handling information on the listing page is helpful for quickly ruling out options that would violate our German GDPR requirements, so I don’t accidentally feed sensitive project client data into high‑risk overseas‑hosted AI services. What do you dislike about Arconar?

There is absolutely no industry‑specific filtering built into the marketplace. All the AI tools are mixed together with no tags for civil engineering, project administration, or meeting operations. Every time I need a tool to process site‑survey meeting transcripts or generate project‑meeting agendas, I have to manually test dozens of listings one after another. Just two weeks ago I selected a highly‑rated summarization tool from the marketplace to process our road construction survey meeting transcript. It completely misread soil‑compaction discussion points and even made‑up a non‑existent site inspection deadline that I almost passed along to our external contractor. Some AI modules regularly misinterpret civil‑engineering terminology. Additionally, I have to manually copy‑paste generated content since there's no native sync with our existing tools like Pexip, Pydio, and EspoCRM. On one occasion I copied over a lengthy AI‑generated summary but a chunk of text got silently truncated, and I nearly uploaded incomplete meeting notes into our shared Pydio project folder. The basic account creation for Arconar was quick, but configuring it to fit our workflows was cumbersome. There's a noticeable learning curve to set it up for our specific needs, and I had to spend a lot of time tweaking prompt settings repeatedly to get usable, construction‑relevant results without pre‑built templates to lean on. Recommendations to others considering Arconar:

To improve the user experience, Arconar should consider implementing industry-specific filters and tags. This would allow users to quickly find tools relevant to their field, such as civil engineering or project management. Additionally, integrating native sync capabilities with existing tools like Pexip, Pydio, and EspoCRM would streamline workflows and reduce the need for manual copy-pasting. What problems is Arconar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Arconar, I was stuck maintaining three separate AI tool accounts: SummarizeBot, NoteAI and MeetingMind to support my meeting coordination work. Managing separate logins, reading each vendor’s privacy policy individually, and bouncing between different web pages ate up a lot of my working hours. The big wake‑up call was that May outage on SummarizeBot; I lost access to my meeting materials after a critical client ground‑works review, which delayed distributing action items to our project team. Arconar solves this pain point by acting as a unified platform where I can test and find AI tools for meeting management tasks without managing multiple independent accounts. When our Pexip project meetings finish, I can drop transcripts into different AI modules right inside Arconar to build agendas and sort out responsibilities. This drastically cuts down the time I spend hunting for new AI utilities and evaluating their data‑processing risks for German GDPR compliance. Even so, it does not remove my verification work. AI can produce wrong construction terms or fake deadlines, and cross‑tool workflows are all manual copy‑paste. Still, for our 34‑person civil‑engineering firm with no dedicated AI expert on staff, it greatly lowers the administrative overhead when sourcing new AI‑powered meeting helpers.
