Survey123 forms are functional, but not exactly customizable in terms of layout or visual design.

ArcGIS Survey123 helps me collect accurate field data quickly and consistently. It’s a solid replacement for messy paper forms, and it cuts down on errors by keeping everything in one place. I can capture locations, photos, and other important details as I go, without having to juggle multiple tools or notes.
